Primary Responsibilities in Campaign Management

• First line response to client emails and communications.
• Work with external clients and internal stakeholders to set up campaigns from onboarding to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Validate and deliver data records securely via internal platforms.
• Analyse data for trends and anomalies to propose optimisations, driving maximum engagement and results.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Ensuring that campaign files are organised and up-to-date.
• Record keeping in the CRM.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and presentations for the Customer Success team to present in meetings. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience using Excel - formulas and data validation tools.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive campaign success.
• Proven track record in campaign management or a related role.
