What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the fulfilment of our executive roundtable events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 reps, driving performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on time, on spec, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event partners to ensure top-tier experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in event operations or project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
